Bluff Banquet

Celebrate the launch of the Bluff Oyster season with Regatta’s annual Bluff Banquet. Experience a fabulous banquet lunch curated by our expert team of chefs heroing all you can eat natural bluff oysters as well as our chef’s creations such as oyster sabayon with champagne foam, charred pickled pearl onion and parsley crisp, or a tuatara pale ale beer battered with tarragon mayonnaise and pickled gherkins just to name a few. 

For the non-oyster lover we’ve got a banquet of other dishes from the land and sea. Kicking off at 12pm with a flute of GH Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne on arrival this is a day you do not want to miss, so gather your friends and/or clients and book in quick for a banquet lunch fit for royalty. Purchase a bottle of Mumm on the day and experience Sabrage with Mumm Brand Ambassador Mathilde Spenlé. Bookings are essential and tickets are available via eventfinder. Our oyster shuckers will be shucking live in the middle of the restaurant from the Oyster Bar where you can walk up and eat them as soon as they’re opened!
