OUR NEW REWARDS CLUB IS JUST WAITING TO BE UNLEASHED.
If you haven’t already heard, we’re about to change up your rewards. Your shiny new Rewards Club is on its way, but we’ve struck some development issues that are beyond our immediate control, and it’s taking a little bit longer than we’d hoped for.
As of today, our old loyalty programme is now wrapped up for good and officially closed, along with any remaining points on your account.
We want to make sure your new Rewards Club is the best we can offer you, so to say thanks for bearing with us, you will still be able to earn new points the same way you always have by swiping your current card, or by giving staff your loyalty number at point of sale.
Once we are up and running with our new Club, we will transfer any points earned from today onto your new account to be redeemed, or, if you’d prefer, we can move these points onto a gift voucher instead.
The new Rewards Club is designed to make your benefits better than ever. Not only will they be more personalised to your preferences with exclusive events, gifts and offers, you’ll be able to redeem your Reward Dollars in every one of our venues across the greater Auckland area.
